After discovering designer, Birgit Severin’s work at this year’s LDF, we received a box from Berlin that inspired much delight! Exquisitely packaged and even more thoughtfully made, Severin creates unique 3D printed rubber vases that are quickly moving into the territory of desired collectible! Inspired by the impermanence and unpredictability of life, her Vanitas series of 3D printed rubber vases uses as its muse, the polarity of a flower’s simple existence. Eloquently making this poetry tangible, Birgit Severin is most definitely an artist to watch!
