Athens Beam Site-specific Installation
Double Decker found the perfect artist for the OCC’s first large-scale art installation. Known for his intricate large-scale geometric webs, French artist Sébastien Preschoux was commissioned to weave 6 kilometres of multicoloured thread through the OCC’ s spacious foyer, lending a subtle enchantment to every perspective. Part of the brief was to symbolise the widening of the OCC’s programme and the launch of the new season.
