Ron Nagle

Stare at these small clay objects dipped in slip glaze long enough, and it should come as no surprise that their maker, Ron Nagle, once belonged to the 60s band, Jefferson Airplane. Summoning psychedelic dreams, their colours, textures and forms feel pleasantly alien. Like artefacts procured from some fantastical future world; familiar in their reference to ceramics, alluringly strange in every other way. They are indeed, a thing to behold.
